    The products purchased on the web site (“timeforyourskin.com”) are ruled by the following Terms and Conditions. The products are sold directly by FAST VENTURES s.r.l. ("Vendor"),which has its registered office in Italy at Piazza S. Stefano 5, 20122, Milano, business register number, tax code and VAT number 08395780961, share capital of EUR 50,000.

    1.Business policy

    The Vendor offers products for sale on timeforyourskin.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers".
    1.2
    "Consumer" shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on timeforyourskin.com.

    The Vendor reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Consumers" and any other order which does not comply with Vendor's business policy.

    2.How to Execute a Contract with the Vendor

    After your order form has been submitted, the Vendor will process your order.

    The Vendor may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In any case, the Vendor reserves the right to unilaterally interrupt the purchase process. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that the Vendor has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.     By submitting an order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these Terms and Conditions in your contract with the Vendor.     By submitting an order form, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions as well as further conditions contained on timeforyourskin.com, through links, including the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
    2.10
    Upon submission of an order form, the Vendor will send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the order form.

    3. Guarantees and Product Price Indication

    3.1
    On timeforyourskin.com, we offer for sale luxury and top-quality products. These products are purchased by the Vendor directly from manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected for their stringent quality control.
    3.2
    The Vendor does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.
    3.3
    The main characteristics of products are shown on timeforyourskin.com on each product page. The products offered for sale on timeforyourskin.com may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
    3.4
    Prices are subject to change and will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.

    4.Payments

    4.1
    Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made using one of the procedures indicated on the order form. As indicated in the order form, the price for the purchase of products and the costs for shipping and delivery will be charged to your current account when the purchased products are actually shipped.
    4.2
    In the case of payment by credit/debit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to Braintree or other banks which provide electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by the Vendor except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police.

    5.Recess and Returns
    5.1
    You have the right to cancel your contract with the Vendor in relation to products purchased from timeforyourskin.com, without any penalty and for any reason, by notifying the Vendor in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day you receive the products. In certain specific circumstances, duly specified in the Return Section, you are permitted to exchange a product with another product.
    5.2
    In order to recess from the contract you must fill out the Return Form, available online, as an alternative you can directly contact us.
    5.3
    In order to correctly perform your recess right, you must return the products to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you notify Vendor of the cancellation.
    5.4
    In this case you will receive a full refund of the price of the products including standard delivery costs, if any have been paid (but excluding supplementary costs for expedited delivery options, gift wrapping and other additional expenses). Furthermore, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, the Vendor may have a right of action against you for compensation.
    5.5
    You can return the products either by the approved courier (as indicated on the online Return Form) via pre-paid, return label provided by the Vendor; or by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to Vendor using another courier.
    5.6
    If you decide to use a different courier than the one indicated by the Vendor in the Return Form, you should instead take charge of the delivery expenses. The Vendor will not refund any additional costs you incurred by choosing a different courier, and/or other delivery methods faster than standard. In this case, the liability related to loss or damage of goods during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of courier and/or method of delivery, will remain on you.
    5.7
    The return right - besides compliance with the terms and conditions described in points mode 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 - is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met: a. should the Return Form is correctly transmitted online through the website timeforyourskin.com or other unequivocal statement of your decision to recess from the contract must be properly completed and provided to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar from the date of delivery of the products; b. the products must not have been used; c. the products must be returned in their original packaging; if you want to return a kit, you have to return all the items included, this provision also applies to any enclosed free samples; d. the returned products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days of service since you announced your decision to the Vender to terminate the contract; e. products must not be damaged.
    5.8
    If the return right is correctly performed as described, the Vendor will process the refund as soon as possible.
    5.9
    Money will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Vendor is aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, the Vendor will proceed with the refund procedure once checking the correct execution of the terms and conditions stated above.
    5.10
    If the terms and conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal do not meet the prevision stated at paragraph 5.7, you will not be refund. Within 14 days from the date you received the email with which you will be notified of the non-acceptance of the return, you can choose to get back, at your own expenses, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor. Otherwise, the Vendor is entitled to keep the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. If the conditions of the previous paragraph 5.7 are not fulfilled, you will not be entitled to receive the full payment of the sums already paid to the Vendor. You will be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned products, resulting from any use other than that authorized by the Vendor in order to allow you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of such products. In this hypothesis, the refund will be determinate in a percentage between 10 and 90 less of the amount you paid to the Vendor for the purchase of the returned products, as you will be specifically notified, via email, by the Vendor. Within 14 days of sending the e-mail with which you will be notified of the amount deducted from the refund, you can choose to get back at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor, by giving notice to the Vendor, according to mode you will be notified. Otherwise, the vendor can keep the products and an amount equivalent to the percentage deducted on repayment.

    6. Refund
    6.1
    After returning products, the Vendor will check the conformity thereof to the conditions and time limits specified in paragraph 5.8. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, the Vendor will confirm, by e-mail, the acceptance of the returned products. In the event that the checks are not successfully concluded, the Vendor will communicate, by e-mail, the observed existence of a value decrease of the returned products, arising from any breach of the conditions stated in paragraph 5.7. At the same time, the Vendor will communicate the amount that will be deducted from the sum you paid for the purchase of the returned products; alternatively you have the possibility to get back, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor, as provided in paragraph 5.10.
    6.2
    Whatever the mode of payment you used, the refund, full or partial, is processed by the Vendor in the shortest time possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Vendor became aware of your right to cancel after verification of proper implementation of your right of withdrawal and verification of the returned products.
    6.3
    The Vendor performs refund by using the same methods of payment you used for the purchase of the returned products unless you have expressly agreed with the Vendor to use a different methods of payment and provided that you do not incur in any fees further as a result of the repayment. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the repayment of sums, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, it will be performed by the Vendor, in however, against those who made the payment.
    6.4
    The value date of crediting shall be the same; you will not undergo any loss in terms of bank interest.
    6.5
    Vendor indicates as delivery company for returning products TNT courier or DPD. By TNT or DPD, by using the pre-printed adhesive label attached to the package containing the product, you can return the products to the Vendor, without making the payment of necessary expenses. This method takes the direct payment to the Vendor, on your behalf, the cost of returning the purchased products, freeing you from any obligation to pay towards the freight forwarder. This method also allows you to check, at any time, where each pack, freeing you from any liability in case of loss or damage of goods during transport.

  • Delivery & Returns

    Here you can find all the relevant information regarding shipments. For shipments within Italian territory you can deliver you parcel at a TNT Point. TNT Point are shops which collect and store parcels for a maximum of 5 working days. If you travel often or are never at home you can address your order at a TNT Point where somebody receives it for you. Then you have 5 working days to collect your order from the selected TNT Point.

    EcoExpress Shipment

    This service concerns only specific products with final destination within Milan city limit and only for orders placed before 3 am. EcoExpress delivery option when available is shown at checkout page. Service cost is 6,00 Euro. This service does not run on saturday, sunday and on national holiday days. In the case the order cannot be delivered through this service, customers will be contacted by the Vendor.

    Shipments outside Italy

    All packages are sent via TNT or DPD from our warehouse in Milan. Your order will be sent the same day if placed before 1 pm CET, within 2 working days if after 1 pm CET.

    The normal delivery time for a standard order from the moment the package has left our warehouse is:

    • 5-6 working days to Europe
    • 3-4 weeks to the remaining destinations

    If nobody is at the address when the delivery is attempted, a note is left in the mailbox and the post man leaves with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address,time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard etc.

    You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

    The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

    For non EU shipping addresses, customs policies vary from country to country and you, or the recipient of your book, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are payable upon delivery. If you are unsure about whether these charges may apply to your order, please contact your local tax or customs authorities.

    In order to correctly perform your recess right, you must return the products to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you notify Vendor of the cancellation.

    In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price of the products including standard delivery costs, if any have been paid (but excluding supplementary costs for expedited delivery options, gift wrapping, and other additional expenses). Furthermore, you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, the Vendor may have a right of action against you for compensation.

    You can return the products either by the approved courier (as indicated on the online Return Form) via the pre-paid, personalized return label enclosed in your original order; or by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to Vendor using another courier.

    If you decide to use a different courier than the one indicated by the Vendor in the Return Form, you should instead take charge of the delivery expenses. The Vendor will not refund any additional costs you incurred by choosing a different courier, and/or other delivery methods faster than standard. In this case, the liability related to loss or damage of goods during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of courier and/or method of delivery, will remain on you.

    The return right – besides compliance with the terms and conditions described in points mode 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 – is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met: a. should the Return Form is correctly transmitted online through the website timeforyourskin.com or other unequivocal statement of your decision to recess from the contract must be properly completed and provided to the Vendor within fourteen (14) calendar from the date of delivery of the products; b. the products must not have been used; c. the products must be returned in their original packaging; if you want to return a kit, you have to return all the items included, this provision also applies to any enclosed free samples; d. the returned products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days of service since you announced your decision to the Vender to terminate the contract; e. products must not be damaged.

    If the return right is correctly performed as described, the Vendor will process the refund as soon as possible.

    Money will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Vendor is aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, the Vendor will proceed with the refund procedure once checking the correct execution of the terms and conditions stated above.

    If the terms and conditions for the exercise of your right of withdrawal do not meet the prevision stated at paragraph 5.7, you will not be refunded. Within 14 days from the date you received the email with which you will be notified of the non-acceptance of the return, you can choose to get back, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor. Otherwise, the Vendor is entitled to keep the products in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase. If the conditions of the previous paragraph 5.7 are not fulfilled, you will not be entitled to receive the full payment of the sums already paid to the Vendor. You will be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned products, resulting from any use other than that authorized by the Vendor in order to allow you to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of such products. In this hypothesis, the refund will be determinate in a percentage between 10 and 90 less of the amount you paid to the Vendor for the purchase of the returned products, as you will be specifically notified, via email, by the Vendor. Within 14 days of sending the e-mail with which you will be notified of the amount deducted from the refund, you can choose to get back at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor, by giving notice to the Vendor, according to mode you will be notified. Otherwise, the vendor can keep the products and an amount equivalent to the percentage deducted on repayment.

    Refund

    After returning products, the Vendor will check the conformity thereof to the conditions and time limits specified in paragraph 5.8. In the event that the checks are successfully concluded, the Vendor will confirm, by e-mail, the acceptance of the returned products. In the event that the checks are not successfully concluded, the Vendor will communicate, by e-mail, the observed existence of a value decrease of the returned products, arising from any breach of the conditions stated in paragraph 5.7. At the same time, the Vendor will communicate the amount that will be deducted from the sum you paid for the purchase of the returned products; alternatively you have the possibility to get back, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Vendor, as provided in paragraph 5.10.

    Whatever the mode of payment you used, the refund, full or partial, is processed by the Vendor in the shortest time possible and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Vendor became aware of your right to cancel after verification of proper implementation of your right of withdrawal and verification of the returned products.

    The Vendor performs refund by using the same methods of payment you used for the purchase of the returned products unless you have expressly agreed with the Vendor to use different methods of payment and provided that you do not incur any fees further as a result of the repayment. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the repayment of sums, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, it will be performed by the Vendor, in however, against those who made the payment.

    The value date of crediting shall be the same; you will not undergo any loss in terms of bank interest.

    Vendor indicates as delivery company for returning products TNT courier or NEXIVE. By TNT or NEXIVE, by using the pre-printed adhesive label attached to the package containing the product, you can return the products to the Vendor, without making the payment of necessary expenses. This method takes the direct payment to the Vendor, on your behalf, the cost of returning the purchased products, freeing you from any obligation to pay towards the freight forwarder. This method also allows you to check, at any time, where each pack, freeing you from any liability in case of loss or damage of goods during transport.

    You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, PostePay, American Express) and Maestro debit card on our virtual POS managed by Braintree, a PayPal group company.

    About PayPal, if you already have an account, you can also pay directly with that.

    We also accept direct bank transfers and you will receive bank details at the time of payment. Please note that in this case the shipment is only made once the payment is credited to us.

    Cash On Delivery

    Time for your Skin also offers the payment method cash on delivery, operated by our TNT courier.

    Cash on delivery is available only for Italy and does not incur additional costs for orders over 50 euros. In the case of orders over EUR 500 the additional cost for the service is 2% of the total value of the order.

    You also need to be present at the address specified in the order with the correct amount, as the courier is not authorized to give you change.

    The check is not accepted as a payment method

    In case of cash on delivery the delivery time dosn't vary from that normally expected.

    Cash on delivery is disabled during the summer period from june to august.

Anzi, la ricerca dovrebbe essere anche maggiore, perché un bel sorriso sa rapire più di un viso perfettamente curato.

    Questione di smalto

    Lo smalto dentale è responsabile dell'aspetto dei denti e infatti la sua funzione principale è quella di proteggere il nucleo morbido e sensibile dei denti dall'erosione degli acidi. Il suo contenuto minerale garantisce allo smalto un’elevata resistenza; tuttavia, una volta consumato completamente, l'organismo non è più in grado di ripristinarlo. Il problema nasce dal fatto che spesso il processo di erosione dello smalto non si nota alla vista, ma quando colpisce, rende i denti molto più vulnerabili.

    Tutti i cibi, le bevande e soprattutto le diete moderne agiscono sul pH naturale della bocca favorendo l’azione degli acidi e, di conseguenza, l’erosione dello smalto. Saper riconoscere il fenomeno dell’erosione dello smalto è un ottimo inizio per evitare di danneggiare i denti in modo irreparabile. Come? È direttamente Regenerate a consigliarci su quali possono essere i principali sintomi:

    -- Ingiallimento dentale: quando lo smalto si assottiglia, i denti possono ingiallirsi perché la dentina, sostanza che si trova appena sotto lo smalto, è più esposta

    -- Trasparenza dei denti: quando l'erosione dentale è allo stadio iniziale non è raro che la superficie dei denti appaia sbiadita o la punta di denti anteriori trasparente

    Tuttavia, è sempre bene tenere a mente che l’erosione dello smalto non è l'unico indicatore della salute dei denti e potrebbe non essere l'unica causa di questi sintomi.

    Combattere l’erosione

    Regenerate collabora, da oltre 9 anni, con dentisti ed esperti che lavorano in centri di ricerca internazionali specializzati in salute dentale.     Regenerate Dentifricio

    Il kit di Siero Avanzato contiene un tubetto di Siero NR-5™, uno di Gel Attivatore, 2 morbide mascherine da utilizzare per l’applicazione e un bastoncino miscelatore. Combinato con il Gel Attivatore, il Siero rilascia una carica rigenerante potenziata, aiutando a invertire il processo di erosione: ad ogni applicazione fino ad un milione di nuovi minerali vengono rilasciati sulla superficie dei denti.     In conclusione

    Proteggere al meglio i propri denti dai processi di erosione dello smalto è necessario per mantenere una bocca sana e che non sia causa di fastidi.
